IT Manager for SupportSpace

As the company’s sole IT Manager, reporting to SupportSpace’s VP R&D, you will be responsible for the entire production environment of our SaaS platform, catering fortune 500 companies. You and your team will also be responsible for all corporate IT related activities, servicing two offices in Israel and the US.

Responsibilities
• Hands-on management of the production environment which is based on Linux, Oracle RAC, various Java related components and storage devices, operated in a managed service environment
• Lead all production related activities, including system maintenance, new versions deployment, future expansion planning, etc., while interacting with both internal and external stake holders
• Hands on management of the company’s corporate IT activities, supporting workspace environment of 50+ employees, corporate servers, storage and network infrastructure
• Plan and manage multiple virtual environments running on Xen Server 5.5 and supporting our day-to-day development activities.
• Budget planning and control. Contractors’ relation management, purchasing, negotiation etc.

Requirements
• 4+ years system administration experience with hands-on management of high-availability, 24x7, mission critical production environment
• 2+ years web based service or SaaS platform experience
• 2+ years experience in managing a system team
• Experience with Linux system administration (RHEL/CENTOS)
• Experience with firewall, load balancer and network equipment management
• Experience in deploying Java applications, live-system updates and upgrade
• Deep level knowledge of Apache configuration, management and maintenance
• Experience working with Jboss/Tomcat/Jabber servers – a significant advantage
• Experience in hands on Windows administration (2003 and 2008/ Exchange 2010) and network management
• Excellent scripting abilities (shell, windows power shell)

Technical Support Team Leader at ClickTale

ClickTale is hiring a Technical Support Team Leader to manage the technical support team and personally assist customers with the installation and customization of the ClickTale Web Analytics solution.The company is growing rapidly with over 40,000 customers and is profitable. Key Responsibilities
• Manage the support team to optimally handle customer related issues and achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Answer support inquiries from enterprise customers and implement integration of the ClickTale solution.
• Communicate with customers via email, live chat and telephone.
• Analyze and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues.
• Work with developers to solve problems and support customized integrations.

Position Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting overseas customers at an internet company.
• Experience managing a support team - a plus.
• Willingness to shift work day to evening hours for better fit with US business hours.
• Working knowledge of the web, html, JavaScript, css, etc.
• Familiarity with Ajax, Json, ASP.NET, PHP - a plus.

System Team Leader for Kenshoo

Job description

As System team leader you will be responsible for the entire production environment – Linux/Windows, VMWare, Storage, etc.

You will lead the production activity hands-on, including system maintenance, task management, management of the day-to-day interaction with service providers and external stakeholders. This position reports to Kenshoo's VP of IT.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of system administration experience, at least 2 of them in management.

• Experience in – vShpere 4, Linux administration (RHEL), Windows administration (2003 and 2008), network management

• Knowledge in capacity planning methodologies

• Excellent scripting abilities (perl, shell, windows power shell)

• Excellent communications both written and verbal

• MySQL/MSSQL knowledge is an advantage

• Certification in VMWare, RHEL, Windows an advantage

• You will be required to think outside of the box while safeguarding very strict policies and procedures

• A troubleshooter in nature

• Team player who enjoy working in a dynamic, intensive environment

Senior INTERNET Product Manager for SupportSpace

VP R&D for SupportSpace

SupportSpace is seeking an energized, goal-driven, hands-on manager, with extensive experience in developing internet SaaS applications, to build, manage, and mentor our team of software, testing and operations engineers. A motivator, yet a day-to-day 'nuts and bolts' engineer, recognizing the role as that of both a manager and a technology leader.


Responsibilities

• Lead and own the development, delivery and operations of the company’s consumer product and enterprise SaaS platform.

• Establish a long-term vision and build a highly scalable hosted application.

• Manage and mentor our engineering teams, while leading the development in software analysis and design.

• Set, develop and oversee internal development standards and methodologies, while demonstrating a hands-on approach in coding, integration and general problem solving.

Requirements

• Experience in web technologies such as JavaScript/AJAX/JSP and others.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while designing with wider applications in mind.
