Senior INTERNET Product Manager for SupportSpace

Company overview

Founded in 2006 by two hi-tech veterans, SupportSpace first introduced a revolutionary method of providing online Remote Tech Services for computers and connected devices to consumers and small and medium-sized businesses. We are leaders in developing the Virtual Expert Network as the most effective and attractive means of delivery remote services.

Our corporate headquarters are located in San Francisco, CA, and the technological center is based in Poleg Industrial Zone, Israel.

As inbound Sr. PM, you will manage the company's consumer product and enterprise SaaS platform. This includes implementing the product roadmap, writing product requirements and specifications, and leading the product life-cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s consumer product and enterprise SaaS platform. This includes implementing the product roadmap, writing product requirements and specifications, and leading the product life-cycle

• Manage all requirements, ongoing requests and bug fixes, while meeting scoped development resources and customer needs

• Control project scope and remove obstacles to project success

• Proactively identify, resolve and evaluate potential internal and external conflicts in requirements, schedule, milestones or deliverables

• Accommodate rapid development by providing timely and market oriented on-the-ground decisions

Qualifications

• Three or more years of product management experience at an INTERNET software company (consumer oriented preferred) – mandatory.

• Proven experience with large scale web platforms, ecommerce products and multiple internet technologies

• Proven ability to translate product strategy, key customer and market requests into detailed product requirements

• High degree of organizational skills – the ability to prioritize and regularly re-prioritize as needs change

• Ability to work in high-workload and delivery demanding environment

• Excellent written and verbal skills. Communicate and negotiate effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders

• Strong leadership, energy and passion for the product and workplace

• R&D background or a strong technical orientation – a significant advantage

• Experience in both established companies and startups - an advantage
